What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation due to COVID, a full refund will be provided. For other cancellations, no refund is applicable; however, the amount can be adjusted for a future booking within 6 months. Guests can also postpone their booking within 6 months.

Standard check-in and check-out time is 11:00 AM, but it may vary depending on the hotel.
Are the package prices valid at all times?
No, the prices are not valid during fairs, festivals, long weekends, or blackout dates. Hotel bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
What is the child policy?
Children below 5 years are complimentary. Children between 5 to 12 years are accommodated without an extra bed (Child No Bed). Children above 12 years are considered adults and will be provided with an extra bed.
What type of hotel rooms are provided?
Base category rooms are provided in all hotels included in the package.
Is ID proof required at hotels?
Yes, all guests must carry a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) at the time of check-in.
Will extra beds be provided?
Extra beds will be provided wherever possible. In most cases, hotels provide an extra mattress or rollaway bed.

Yes, the operator reserves the right to rearrange or modify the itinerary based on hotel availability or unforeseen circumstances without affecting the total number of days or services.

No refunds are applicable during high season bookings.

50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation, and the remaining amount must be cleared at least 30 days before the tour start date.

Guests are requested to cooperate with drivers, as they may not be professionally trained guides and often come from remote areas.
Are heaters available in hotels?
Room heaters are available at an additional cost if required (commonly needed in destinations like Jaisalmer & Mount Abu).
